EL-BORN BRED

This attractive motor is the Cupra el-Born. Cupra is Seat’s performance arm launched last year with a hot version of the Ateca crossover.

This second model to wear the badge is Seat’s first fully electric car. Built on the same platform as VW’s ID.3 EV, the el-Born has a 77kWh battery powering a motor that drives the car’s rear wheels.

Seat, or Cupra rather, claims a range of up to 310 miles. It will be built in Germany from next year.
