Chocolate brownies

THIS recipe is one that I have passed on to my daughter Chloe, who now makes them regularly for the family.

They are so easy to make and rather too easy to eat, very moreish in fact. They don’t last five minutes in our house.

I think it’s a great first recipe to share with the younger generation to get them involved with baking from an early age.

Chloe has been making them since she was about eight.
