OAP’s X-rated display in Chinese restaurant
A PERVERT pensioner watched porn on his phone while dining in a Chinese restaurant.
Brian Dunn, 74, also blew kisses at a teenage girl and made improper remarks to her, Ayr Sheriff Court heard this week.
The creep brazenly looked at X-rated images as he ate at Ruby 7 Days in the town’s New Bridge Street on two occasions.
Andrew Lazarin, prosecuting, said that on July 1, “his mobile phone was left out on the table in full view and contained pornographic material”.
He added that on August 6, Dunn’s phone was, “playing a pornographic video”.
The court also heard that Dunn asked a woman if he could come back to her house while he was having a meal in Ruby 7 Days on July 12. Mr Lazarin said the woman thought he was just trying to be funny.
On another occasion, Dunn stared in the window of the restaurant, waved and blew kisses at a 16-year-old girl.
And on August 18, he leaned in closely to her and asked when she was going home.
Dunn, of upmarket Arrol Drive in Ayr, admitted causing the teenager fear or alarm by repeatedly visiting the restaurant, looking in the window, waving at her, entering the restaurant and making improper remarks.
He also pled guilty to intentionally causing two people to look at sexual images on his phone while sitting at the table.
Sheriff Mhairi Mactaggart placed Dunn on the sex offenders’ register and called for reports. He will be sentenced next month.
