Oscars revamp

OSCARS bosses are planning the biggest shake-up in the award show’s history following this year’s disastrous blunder.

They will vote on “new protocols” for handing over envelopes containing winners’ names. It comes after La La Land was wrongly named 2017’s best picture.

A special meeting of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ governors will be held on Tuesday.

A spokesman declined to “speculate” on a possible outcome.
