Brits feel the strain
BRITAIN is the most stressed nation in Europe.
More Brits complain of feeling stressed-out than any other nationality, according to a study.
Three quarters of us don’t have enough time to spend with friends, only a third have time for hobbies and two thirds say they don’t get enough sleep.
The study, by the health insurance provider Cigna Europe, also found one in five adults in the UK faces “unmanageable stress”.
Work and finances are the most common triggers.
Cigna’s Phil Austin said the survey “highlights how vital a healthy lifestyle and a good work-life balance is.”
