Ry­lan: I’ll Sweep up Dale quiz

RY­LAN Clark-Neal claims fans are des­per­ate for him to host Su­per­mar­ket Sweep.

Ru­mours have been grow­ing that the telly star is set to front a re­vival of the game show.

He told the Daily Star Sun­day: “I’ve seen more ex­cite­ment around this than any ru­mour there has ever been about me.

“It’s been the most pos­i­tive re­ac­tion I’ve ever had for some­thing. I’ve had a lot of peo­ple talk­ing about it.”

Su­per­mar­ket Sweep was a big hit in the 90s when it was fronted by the late Dale Win­ton.

Last year it was an­nounced a new se­ries is in the pipe­line.

Ry­lan, 30, said: “I gen­uinely don’t know what’s go­ing on. Some­thing’s hap­pen­ing, but I don’t know I will be do­ing it.

“I’d love to, of course. It would be a dream show to present – I’d love to get wild in the aisles.”
