THE IFA consumer technology show is about to open its doors in Berlin.

Sony, LG, Panasonic and Huawei will all be at IFA with their new smartphones, smartwatches, TVs and speakers being shown to the world for the first time.
Samsung has already unveiled its new wearables at an IFA event last night. Called the Gear Sport and Gear Fit2 Pro, these updates add improved fitness features to Samsung’s range of tech timepieces. These Apple Watch rivals now includes a waterproof design and swim tracking which keeps an eye on your time in the pool and a more accurate heart rate monitor. Both devices can also auto detect what activity you are up to and instantly record every step, run or bike ride. StarTech is in the German capital and will bring you all the news next week.
