LOVE Is­land win­ner Kem Ceti­nay says his re­la­tion­ship with Am­ber Davies is strong enough to sur­vive a Strictly-style curse.

He is train­ing for the new se­ries of Danc­ing On Ice but in­sists the beauty, 20, isn’t wor­ried that he might have a tryst with one of the pros.

Kem said: “Am­ber trusts me and she’s com­fort­able with it. Peo­ple talk about the Strictly curse and stuff but who­ever does that can’t be very com­fort­able in their re­la­tion­ships.

“We are, and as long as you are com­fort­able then it shouldn’t bother you. We’ll keep it pro­fes­sional!”

Yet Kem ad­mits he’s not yet mas­tered his blades as he pre­pares to join a host of other celebri­ties for the new ITV se­ries, which hits screens in Jan­uary.

He says: “Am I good? No! I can stand up on the ice, but I’m still learn­ing to skate, never mind any­thing else. I’m too wooden and stiff. I can throw the odd tantrum too, so my trainer quickly changes what we’re do­ing.”

Ripped

Kem, 21, struck up a bro­mance with fel­low star Chris Hughes, 24, on the ITV2 show dur­ing the sum­mer.

But the pair, fa­mous for their ripped physiques, have re­vealed that they fell out of shape af­ter leav­ing the Mal­lor­can villa.

Kem says: “With the busy life­style we were lead­ing af­ter the show and all the nights out we ended up hav­ing body in­se­cu­ri­ties.”

Chris, who came third in the show with Olivia Attwood, 26, ex­plains: “Our mus­cles were not as toned as we were in the villa, when you pushed our arms they felt a bit flabby.”

It forced the pair to hit the gym again, but now they’re back to their hunky best.

And they’ve re­leased a new fit­ness DVD – Chris & Kem: 100% – for the fes­tive sea­son with some of their best work­outs to help the rest of us fol­low their lead.

Kem says: “Film­ing the DVD helped us get en­gaged with our fit­ness regimes again.”

The Es­sex lad, who nor­mally works out five times a week, adds: “I like to work on, say, my chest one day and my arms the next, fol­lowed by a bit of car­dio like sprints or power walk­ing. For the DVD I loved do­ing yoga – it helped me feel a bit more flex­i­ble and hope­fully that will help for Danc­ing On Ice.”

Chris says: “I go the gym about three times a week. I work a lot on my chest, but for the DVD I loved do­ing lots of squats, as my legs are a bit pa­thetic.

Sweaty

“I also liked do­ing planks, which are brilliant for tar­get­ing your core.”

The pair en­joyed get­ting sweaty to­gether, and say their Love Is­land bro­mance is as strong as ever.

Kem says: “It just came so nat­u­rally and kind of just hap­pened, but we had no idea how much peo­ple watch­ing the show loved it. We live too far away to wor DVD
