Cheat’s £93k bill
A BENEFITS fraudster who fiddled £93,000 by failing to reveal he was working faces jail.
Michel Biza, 49, of Gloucester, pleaded guilty to claiming housing and council tax benefit, Income Support and Employment Support.
Because of the large amount and the prosecution’s intention to seek a confiscation order, Cheltenham magistrates were told they could not deal with Biza.
He was committed to the crown court for sentence on June 29.
