3RD VICTIM IN M-WAY SMASH
THREE people have now died after a motorway smash between a lorry and an autism school minibus.
Police revealed yesterday the driver of the minibus had died in hospital.
Two people – staff members at Prior’s Court School in Thatcham, Berks – died at the scene of the collision on the M4, on the eastbound carriageway between Hungerford and Newbury, on Thursday. One was identified as teacher Lorraine Maclellan, who was in her 60s.
Her daughter Emma posted a tribute on Facebook in which she wrote: “Heaven gained another angel, our beautiful mum...”
One young adult remains in hospital.
