Decanter - - PANEL TASTING -

■ Auntsfield, Single Vineyard, Southern Valleys, Marlborough 2016 Encapsulates what’s at the heart of Marlborough’s Sauvignon Blanc message – energy, precise attack and flavours that last. Classic. 98 Drink 2017-2024

■ Churton, Marlborough 2016 A lovely ripe spectrum of fruit at the core surrounded by layers of lees-led light savoury moments and hints of asparagus. Zesty, mealy structure, weightier with a lovely lengthy finish. 95 Drink 2017-2025

■ The Darling, Organic, Marlborough 2016 Flinty, crunchy aroma and texture; great fruit complexity and a hint of spice too, from lees and perhaps older oak. Served at cellar temperature and not 4°C with the beers, this is delightful. 88 Drink 2017-2021
