a WON­DER­FUL Ar­ti­cle on sugar in grapes and wine (September 2017 is­sue). I be­lieve it may con­tain an er­ror though: the au­thor re­ports 50:50 glu­cose and su­crose, while grapes con­tain roughly equal quan­ti­ties of glu­cose and fruc­tose. su­crose is equal parts glu­cose and fruc­tose. If this is cor­rect, may I have a ticket for the Krug mas­ter­class at the de­canter Fine Wine en­counter? It’s sold out and I re­ally want to check the dosage lev­els... Ger­mano Colombo, by email
