Located in Irpinia, the Fiano grapes come from north/ northeast facing slopes at 500m- 600m altitude. Handharvested and vinified in stainless steel with 10 months’ ageing in tank, this delicious, concentrated, classy example shows a pale lemon hue, with restrained herbal notes on the nose and palate, allied to zesty acidity and a touch of Italian bitterness. Drink 2018-2024 Alc 13%
