Stephen Brook

Brook has been a con­tribut­ing editor to De­canter since 1996 and has won many awards for his writ­ing on wine. The au­thor of more than 40 books, his works in­clude The Com­plete Bordeaux, now the de­fin­i­tive study of the re­gion and in its third edi­tion, and The Wines of Cal­i­for­nia, which won three awards. His most re­cent book is The Wines of Aus­tria.

An­drew Jefford

Jefford is a mul­ti­award win­ning writer and au­thor who pens a monthly col­umn for De­canter mag­a­zine as well as the ‘Jefford on Mon­day’ blog for De­ He has been writ­ing and broad­cast­ing about wine since the 1980s and lives with his fam­ily in the Langue­doc, close to Pic-St-Loup.

Tim Sykes

Sykes joined The Wine So­ci­ety in 2012 as head of buying and has been in the wine busi­ness for more than 25 years. Hav­ing stud­ied law at the Sor­bonne in Paris and qual­i­fied as a solic­i­tor, he gave it up to work in a Lon­don wine shop, fol­low­ing this up with time at mer­chants OW Loeb and Eno­tria.
