This is Argentina’s first sparkling wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and at 12% it is refreshingly low in alcohol. Primary and secondary fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel producing a pale and interesting wine with intense aromas of orange blossom, white peach and intriguing touch of mint with a crisp and lively finish. Rosé of Malbec This wine is the youngest, freshest Argentinean Rosé available on the market. Winemaker Marcos Fernandez comments: ‘Malva, a flower native to Mendoza is the first to bloom announcing the arrival of spring. Like the Malva, this Rosé celebrates the coming of a new season with a brandnew vintage. It is fresh in style, pale in colour and made from Malbec. The grapes are handpicked particularly early in the season, usually they are picked in late March or early April, but in this case, it is over the first two weeks of February to keep a crisp acidity and vibrant colour. This early picking also ensures that the rosé is bottled in March and on sale in May, making it the first 2018 Rosé from Argentina to be sold in the market.
