The sad­dle­back neck steak pro­duced by Pipers Farm from Cul­lomp­ton has won the Golden Fork award for the best over­all food and drink prod­uct in the South West at the fi­nals of the Great Taste Awards 2018. The meat is slow-grown and hung on the bone for three weeks. It comes from na­tive West Coun­try sad­dle­back pigs which en­joy a nat­u­ral life on a farm which works in har­mony with na­ture.
