KO­DAK LAUNCHES ITS OWN CRYP­TOCUR­RENCY

In a bizarre-sound­ing move, Ko­dak has an­nounced a new cryp­tocur­rency, dubbed KODAKCoin. To­gether with the KODAKOne plat­form, it’s de­signed to help pho­tog­ra­phers and agen­cies have bet­ter con­trol over im­age rights man­age­ment, but the move has left the pho­to­graphic com­mu­nity con­fused.

SIGMA GOES EX­TRA WIDE

Sigma has un­veiled the 14-24mm f2.8 DG HSM Art lens, a new ul­tra-widean­gle op­tic in­tended for users of its own mir­ror­less mod­els, in ad­di­tion to Canon and Nikon DSLR own­ers. Pric­ing is yet to be con­firmed.
