What we think: Compositonally this is really nice – the winding path leads your eye from left to right, with the hills then acting like stepping- stones and taking you the other way off into the distance. Had Steven moved to the left and placed the biggest hill on an intersecting third, it could've been even stronger, although he may have lost the impact of the heather. The fiery sky looks great, although we wonder if Steven captured something in direct light before the sun disappeared or if he was just a fraction too late? Why it works Compositionally strong image Great elevated viewpoint Fantastic sky
