Church teas keep rolling
Durisdeer Church held a coffee morning as it continues to celebrate its 50th anniversary of afternoon teas.
The church in the Southern Upland Hills has been dishing out coffees, cakes and other treats for five decades.
To celebrate that milestone, every Sunday since August members of the church have been serving up the afternoon teas and they have been popular with people in Dumfries and Galloway and beyond.
There is still time to get along to Durisdeer Church to sample some of the fine baking, company and scenery on offer as they are running these events until September 30.
Afternoon teas take place every Sunday from 2.30pm until 5.30pm and everyone is welcome.
