There was a strong turnout as locals escaped the stormy weather for the Friends of Loch Arthur’s annual coffee morning.

The event took place at the Usual Place on Saturday morning with the total of £478.17 raised from the proceeds to go towards the future running of the Friends who work closely with the Loch Arthur community.

An array of craft stalls were on display for visitors to pick up a special gift ahead of the Christmas shopping rush and there was also a chance for a coffee and cake, with the morning being hosted by the Usual Place’s staff of young volunteers.
