CARE TO DANCE?
DanceEast’s successful Dance for Dementia classes have been relaunched for its autumn season, as Care to Dance?. The sessions are designed specifically for family carers and those they support in the early stages of the illness, helping them to share the experience of dance together. They aim to improve mental and physical wellbeing, create the opportunity to socialise and connect with others, but most importantly, to have fun in a high-quality and stimulating dance environment. Sessions continue to take place at DanceEast’s home, the Jerwood DanceHouse, Ipswich on Thursday afternoons from September 28-December 7, 1.30pm – 3.30pm, £6 per session for two people.
