Emma Crowhurst runs cook­ery work­shops and demon­stra­tions that of­fer some­thing for ev­ery­one. A pro­fes­sional chef, she was head teacher at Leith’s School of Food and Wine in Lon­don for many years. She now hosts cour­ses at her kitchens at St Joseph’s Col­lege, Ip­swich. Whether you’re a dab hand in the kitchen look­ing to add to your reper­toire, or a rel­a­tive novice wish­ing to learn the art of en­ter­tain­ing in style with min­i­mum stress, her cour­ses of­fer fresh ideas and build con­fi­dence in a va­ri­ety of skills and cuisines. Work­shops nor­mally be­gin at 9.30am and fin­ish around 4pm.
