THE BIG PICTURE

EADT Suffolk - - JOHN DOE OF DISS -

There’s something astonishly beautiful about the beach at Covehithe. This particularly vulnerable stretch of the Suffolk coast is eroding fast, in evolutionary terms at least, and the sculptural trees give it a poignancy all its own, as if they’re hanging on for dear life, a last reminder of a time when they stood in terra firma.
