CHEAT'S CHILLI JAM SAUSAGE ROLLS
Take out some of those sausages you know you have lurking at the back of your freezer and allow to defrost (or buy sausage meat from your local butcher). Put the sausage meat in a bowl and mix in a couple of large tablespoons of Scarlett & Mustard Chilli Jam. Unroll a pack of puff pastry and cut down the middle. Place the sausage meat all the way along the middle of the pastry pieces, then tightly roll the pastry around the sausage, brushing the ends with beaten egg to make them stick. Cut to the desired lengths, place on a baking tray and brush again with the egg. Bake in the oven (fan 180°C) for about half an hour, or until golden and crispy.
