Rural Gilmourton, Chapelton, Glassford and Sandford Rural members are serving lunch in Avondale church hall, Strathaven, on Friday, October 20. The event will run from 12noon to 2pm and will raise funds for the Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS). Christmas cards from CHAS will be on sale and the rurals are looking for items than can be sold on the day, but no bric-a-brac.
