Ba­con & eggs

Easy Cook - - EVERYDAY TOASTIES -

Dry-fry 4 rash­ers diced streaky ba­con un­til crisp. Beat to­gether 6 eggs with sea­son­ing and 2 tbsp milk. Tip into the pan with the ba­con and gen­tly stir un­til scram­bled aand fluffy. Toast 4 slices bread, and di­vide be­tween 4 plates. Top with the ba­con, eggs and some snipped chives. Serves 3.
