Treat every­one to this… Gor­geous choco­late milk­shake


Load the back of a tea­spoon with a lit­tle choco­late spread and spread it in a long line from the bot­tom of the in­side of a glass to the top. Put 1 tbsp choco­late spread into a bowl in a mi­crowave or a small pan over a low heat. Warm through for a few se­conds un­til just runny and set aside. Put 250ml semi-skimmed milk and 2 scoops choco­late

ice cream into a blender. Whizz every­thing up un­til smooth then pour into your pre­pared glass. Top with a layer of 5 marsh­mal­lows and a spoon­ful of whipped cream (about 30ml). Dec­o­rate with a driz­zle of the warmed choco­late spread and a few chopped toasted

hazel­nuts. Serves 1.
