Ever since my kids were knee-high to an Easter bunny’s kneecaps, it has been tra­di­tion in our fam­ily to go on an Easter egg hunt. The night be­fore, my wife sneaks out in her py­ja­mas to hide a mil­lion or so eggs for the kids to fever­ishly gather the next morn­ing (pro­vid­ing the foxes haven’t scoffed them!). We love Easter – it’s a time to for­get about work and school and be to­gether around the ta­ble. This year, we’re tuck­ing into the amaz­ing roast chicken (se­cret in­gre­di­ent: pre­served lemon) on p6, fol­lowed by – of course – more choco­late (check out our Choccy woccy won­ders on p76). OK, I know that’s choco­late over­load for young bod­ies, but it’s only once a year. Have a great Easter! Keith Ken­drick
