Steak & chips with mus­tard mayo

low-fat cook­ing spray 750g pota­toes 25g instant po­lenta or semolina 1 tsp pa­prika

1/ 8 tsp chilli pow­der (or to taste) 4 x 140g lean beef fil­let steaks 4 tbsp 0% fat Greek yo­gurt 1 tbsp low-fat may­on­naise 2 tsp whole­grain mus­tard 16 cherry toma­toes, to serve 4 pars­ley sprigs, to serve

1 Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Spray a bak­ing sheet with low-fat cook­ing spray. Cut the pota­toes into thin chips. Mix the po­lenta or semolina, pa­prika and chilli pow­der, then toss with the chips. Trans­fer the chips to the bak­ing sheet, spray with cook­ing spray, season, then bake for 30 mins, turn­ing af­ter 20 mins.

2 Af­ter you turn the chips, heat a grid­dle pan or non-stick fry­ing pan. Spray the steaks with cook­ing spray, then grid­dle or fry, turn­ing once, for 6- 8 mins, or un­til cooked to your lik­ing. Rest for 2 mins. Mean­while, mix the yo­gurt, may­on­naise and mus­tard. Serve the steak and chips with the mus­tard mayo, gar­nished with the toma­toes and pars­ley.
