El­der­flower & cu­cum­ber G&Ts

Peel 2 long strips from a 10cm piece of cu­cum­ber and put in a box. Grate the re­main­ing cu­cum­ber into a sieve set over a bowl and press down on it with the back of a spoon. Add 100ml GNFGTƃQYGT EQTFKCN and 100ml IKP to the cu­cum­ber juice and put in a bot­tle. At your pic­nic, wind the cu­cum­ber around in­side 2 glasses, pour in ¼ of the gin mix, and top with ¼ of 1 litre VQPKE YCVGT. Makes 4.
