Easter ar­rives early this year, with Good Fri­day on March 30, so to give you plenty of time to plan we have a spe­cial sec­tion on Easter feast­ing in this month’s is­sue. On page 48, you’ll find mouth­wa­ter­ing recipes for roast salmon, roast lamb with all the trim­mings, fruity sim­nel squares and choce-gg lol­lies for the Easter hunt. This is par­tic­u­larly wel­come in Ken­drick Tow­ers, as the four-day break co­in­cides with my wife’s birth­day, so I’ll need lots of in­spi­ra­tion to make her week­end ex­tra spe­cial.
