Nutty spinach

Dress wilted spinach with olive oil and lemon juice, then scat­ter with toasted al­monds, hazel­nuts, pine nuts or wal­nut pieces. Try as a side dish.

Spinach pesto

A sim­ple pasta idea. Wilt chopped spinach with gar­lic, mas­car­pone and grated parme­san, then toss through hot pasta.

Soy spinach

Dress wilted spinach with soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped gar­lic and toasted sesame seeds to taste. Try this with white fish.

Creamed spinach

Wilt spinach then add dou­ble cream and sim­mer to­gether un­til pip­ing hot. Sea­son with salt, pep­per and plenty of grated nut­meg. De­li­cious with chicken.
