How to make Moroccan mint tea

Tip 3 tsp green tea leaves into a teapot, add 3 tbsp caster sugar and a large Q handful mint sprigs. Top up with boiling water, then leave to infuse for 5 mins. Pour into glasses and add extra mint leaves, if you like. It’s sweetened in the pot traditiona­lly, but omit sugar if you prefer.
