4th PENNOYER’S CHRISTMAS FAIR

Over 20 lo­cal crafters and ar­ti­sans will set up stalls in the Pennoyer Cen­tre in Pul­ham St Mar, a 15th cen­tury guild chapel and Vic­to­rian school room. With ev­ery­thing from jewellery, ce­ram­ics and textiles to choco­lates and greet­ing cards, there will be lots of op­por­tu­ni­ties to find that ex­tra spe­cial gift. www.pen­noy­ers.org.uk 10.30am – 3pm

8th – 30th BEAT THE RUSH

Re­lax into Christmas at Oxburgh Hall with a three-course lunch in their fes­tive tea room. Take a stroll through the grounds and do a bit of shop­ping in its Na­tional Trust gift shop. £19.95 each, with lunch at 1pm. www.nationaltrust.org. uk/oxburgh-hall

11th – 12th FOOD AND GIFT SHOW

For gifts that you can’t find on the high street, The Nor­folk Fes­tive Gift and Food Show at the Royal Nor­folk Show­ground is the place to come. With over 200 stalls to in­spire and tempt you, there will be ev­ery­thing from unique gifts and dra­matic dec­o­ra­tions to de­li­cious food and trendy tip­ples. Satur­day 10am – 5pm, Sun­day 10am – 4pm. Adults £4.50, chil­dren £1. Tick­ets can be bought on­line at www.aztecevents.co.uk.

16th CHRISTMAS AT HOLKHAM

Get started on your Christmas shop­ping with this evening event at Holkham Hall. The court­yard gift shop will offer an ar­ray of ex­quis­ite tree and room dec­o­ra­tions, fes­tive ham­pers and Christmas cards as well as its usual se­lec­tion of gifts from lo­cal pro­duc­ers and ar­ti­sans – the place to come to get your shop­ping started early! En­try and car park­ing are free of charge. 4 – 8pm
