Lovers of por­ridge will be thrilled to learn that there is to be a pop-up cel­e­brat­ing the hum­ble oat. Things have moved on from the salt-and-wa­ter ver­sion tra­di­tion­ally favoured by the Scots and new twists like spiced pear, cran­berry, chest­nut and maple syrup or ba­nana, caramel, toasted hazel­nut and ca­cao nibs will be on offer at Stu­dio 20, 20 Wen­sum St in Nor­wich on Novem­ber 25 and 26 to tempt break­fasters.

It’s not all about the por­ridge, though, as lunch will bring risotto and soup and there will be ac­tiv­i­ties in­clud­ing photography and shop­ping for vin­tage ce­ram­ics.
