The Lifeboat sees stars
The team at Thornham’s The Lifeboat Inn is seeing stars after a recent AA inspection. The traditional coastal inn was awarded three AA stars and received an AA rosette for culinary excellence.
AA inspector Rebecca Johnson complimented the inn for using quality ingredients and locally sourced food, having a lovely ambience in the restaurant, all round cleanliness and charming public areas. The Lifeboat has been completely refurbished and boasts 13 bedrooms, some with coastal views, an oak-beamed bar, relaxed dining room and a glass-roofed conservatory.
General manager James Green said: “It is great testament to the development of The Lifeboat and the hard work put in by the team in the past year.”
