Every Sun­day at its Dul­wich head­quar­ters (the orig­i­nal ‘brick house’), the pros hold ‘Sour­dough in a Day’ classes, where stu­dents learn to make Dan­ish rye, fo­cac­cia and a take on the bak­ery’s clas­sic loaf.
