A group of faded Victorian buildings are being turned into Eccleston Yards, a trendy cluster of independent food, fashion and co-working spaces, as well as exercise studios. The jewel in the crown will be Eccleston Place, the area’s first miniature market, comprising a homeware shop, deli and restaurant, run by catering company and ‘Evening Standard’ columnists Tart London.
