Ingredients
10g raw spinach 100g raw grated beetroot 2 Medjool dates or sweetener 35g cacao powder 1 heaped teaspoon maca powder 1 cup plant milk or 250ml water 30g almonds 4 ice cubes 30g avocado
Method
It’s not much of a recipe this one. Chuck everything into a blender and blitz on the highest speed for 2 minutes, until smooth. Serve straight up.
