THE ONE MAKE-UP MISTAKE TO AVOID

The greatest error anyone can make is a fear of experimentation. I always tell people to use make-up without caution: never be afraid

to push the limits. The possibilities are endless.

MOST MEMORABLE MAKE-UP MOMENT

It changes minute by minute. Every time I create a new look, or launch a new Pat McGrath Labs product, it becomes immediately invaluable and deeply memorable. Each experience and creation informs the next, deepening the

well of inspiration I pull from to push my artistry even further.

MY SINGLE BEST

MAKE-UP TIP

Use your fingers! There are a million tools and methods for applying make-up, but the one that

always yields flawless results is the fingertip. The warmth from your hands has an incredible

effect on product, allowing everything from lipstick to foundation and eyeshadow to become even creamier and more malleable to the touch. With your finger, you can blot, build, stipple, smooth and layer — it’s the most multifunctional

tool in your kit.

MY SIGNATURE

SCENT

I achieve everything by mixing and matching, which is why my signature scent is constantly evolving. I custom blend essential oils and fragrances, and when I need energy I go for Michelle Roques-O’Neil Restore Therapie Aura Spray, £32. In the evenings, I’ll draw a bath with soothing Aromatherapy Associates oils.

THE WOMEN THAT INSPIRE ME My most incredible woman is a group of women. Day in and day out, the women on my make-up team and who work at Pat McGrath Labs inspire me with their dedication, passion and generosity.

MY GO-TO MAKE-UP ROUTINE I keep my personal routine quite simple, with my go-to essentials being foundation, nude eye shadow, mascara and lip balm or gloss. If I’m going out at night, I love applying loads and loads of mascara.
