RIA VIJAY — 9 THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING Did you enjoy the film?

I enjoyed it very much. The axe people, the costumes, the scenery.

Do you know what the film was about?

They were trying to get the bad Ring into a volcano to destroy it. It was Sauron’s ring. The Nazgûl and the Orcs were trying to get it back to Sauron.

what was your favourite part?

When Gandalf got pulled into the depth by the underworld demon.

which bits did you find scary?

When the Orcs were fighting, and when the blond guy (Boromir) got killed. And when Frodo had a Nazgûl’s knife plunged into him and he turned green.

Did it remind you of any other films?

Harry Potter. Frodo reminds me of Harry Potter. Gandalf reminds me of Dumbledore. Aragorn reminds me of Sirius Black — Sirius takes big chances, and Aragorn does, too, like going into the mines. Sam reminded me of Ron.

are you looking forward to seeing the next film?

It’s going to be freaky, but I think I’ll like it. are they all going to make it to the end?

who’s going to die?

Sam. Someone has to die to save Frodo. Or Frodo’s going to die to save Sam.

How many stars would you give it?

I would give it four stars.
