ad­ven­ture “Ear­lier this year, I went for a tour

around the [Scot­tish] High­lands, camp­ing and cook­ing with friends. We made

our way to the un­in­hab­ited Isle of Carna where we were given 100 freshly dived scal­lops that were jump­ing out of their shells. We cooked them on the open fire along with some

pick­led sea­weed, and a few beers we’d ac­quired from the guys at the Black Isle Brew­ery. The next day I woke up a bit more of a man.”
