WE SAY Everyone has the time. Sure, there’s work, shopping and the laundry to do. But what about those Netflix binges that swallow up the whole evening, or the extra ten minutes you spend in bed in the morning? What if you used some of that time to work out? ‘Waking up ten minutes earlier to squeeze in a quick fast-paced workout is do-able, we just have to revise our routine,’ says celebrity personal trainer Sam Eastwood (sameastwood.com). ‘I always advise clients to go to bed with your following day planned with a reserved time slot for fitness – and it doesn’t need to be an hour at a time.’ Short, sharp bursts can be equally effective and are much more manageable to work into a busy day.
