Hill Partnerships is work­ing on de­vel­op­ments cov­er­ing all spec­trums of the boom­ing Lon­don and south east­ern hous­ing mar­ket. In re­cent times it has built houses cost­ing up to £4m in Esher and yet is also work­ing on re­gen­er­a­tion of tired hous­ing es­tates. Cur­rent projects in­clude Rec­tory Park es­tate and the Tun­bridge Wells es­tates. Formed in 1999, Hill Partnerships is run by An­drew Hill who, with his fam­ily and trusts, owns most of the com­pany. Hill Hold­ings, its Waltham Abbey­based par­ent com­pany, made £18.1m profit on £258.3m sales in 2014. With a strong bal­ance sheet and £50.7m net as­sets, it is worth at least £130m. The Hill Fam­ily stake is worth £110m. Other as­sets add £3m.
