Home has fitness suite in basement
THE idea of having a gym in your home had not really occurred to Bart Von De Laar, until he found a flat in the Millburn Street development. The senior drilling engineer loves exercise, runs frequently and is often seen pumping iron in Woodbank gym. But whenever he fancies a sneaky gym session before heading to the office or a quick workout without a journey, the shared facility in the basement is a dream come true. “The gym has everything I need,” said the 33-year-old who grew up in Bieldside. Bart said: “Thanks to Lynsey I definitely have more of a clue about interior design.” Bart won’t have to wait long until he can put what he has learned into practice as the couple are hoping to move into their first place together.
