Boy oh boy, we’ve been happy here
Mannings moving after new arrival
THE Manning family has doubled in size in the past five years, hence the reason they’re on the move. Mark, 35, and Lindsay, 32, welcomed their two little boys Ethan, 4, and Declan who’s five months, while in the home. Mark, a partner with Perfect Shine window cleaners, said: “Lindsay and I moved in seven years ago when the property was a new-build. “The thing that attracted us most to it was the room proportions.” With the addition of the boys to the fold, Mark and Lindsay are relocating to Lindsay’s home town of Kemnay so they can be closer to her parents. Their house includes a lounge, dining kitchen, cloakroom, two double bedrooms, and family bathroom. In their time in the Blackburn property, the couple have decorated twice and laid new flooring in the lounge, kitchen and two toilets. Mark said: “Another appealing aspect for us was the potential the property has for expansion, but that was in the days before we had the boys.” With the exception of a splash of green in their spacious lounge, Mark and Lindsay mainly decorated their home in neutral tones – leaving it simply ready to move into

with the minimum of fuss. Outside, there is a high degree of privacy in the fully-enclosed rear garden, and plenty of room for off-street parking on the drive. “Lindsay and I will take happy memories of this house with us, but we are very happy to move, so the boys can each have
their own room.”
