ADDING to a line-up that is set to blow Aberdeen away this summer, DJ Chuckie is coming to the Northern Lights Music Festival. Chuckie will headline the main dance stage, Digital Love, on Sunday during the weekend event at Seaton Park on July 30 and 31. Having recently been signed to BBC Radio 1 the Dutch DJ will be on top form when he joins the cream of TOMORROW sees a special reggae theme taking over at Origin. Clubnight Transit will bring three of the city’s top DJs together to play a mix of dub, reggae, and dubstep to keep your weekend grooving along in style. Tunes come courtesy of Dubkat, Finnie, pictured, and Grobbie from 11pm. Europe’s dance talent. As the founder of Dirty Dutch Music, Chuckie has remixed tracks by the likes of David Guetta. And after receiving support from Pete Tong and the Swedish House Mafia, his song Let The Bass Kick was one of the huge anthems of last summer. Already this year the DJ has landed a multialbum artist deal with megastars like P Diddy and Toni Braxton. Assistant festival director Rachel Sandison said: “We’re delighted to announce DJ Chuckie will be headlining the Digital Love stage on Sunday. “With Chuckie the festival continues to grow and develop so that there is something for everyone.”
