Dutch treat for fans at North­ern Lights fes­ti­val

ADDING to a line-up that is set to blow Aberdeen away this sum­mer, DJ Chuckie is com­ing to the North­ern Lights Mu­sic Fes­ti­val. Chuckie will head­line the main dance stage, Dig­i­tal Love, on Sun­day dur­ing the week­end event at Seaton Park on July 30 and 31. Hav­ing re­cently been signed to BBC Ra­dio 1 the Dutch DJ will be on top form when he joins the cream of TO­MOR­ROW sees a spe­cial reg­gae theme tak­ing over at Ori­gin. Club­night Transit will bring three of the city’s top DJs to­gether to play a mix of dub, reg­gae, and dub­step to keep your week­end groov­ing along in style. Tunes come cour­tesy of Dubkat, Fin­nie, pic­tured, and Grob­bie from 11pm. Europe’s dance tal­ent. As the founder of Dirty Dutch Mu­sic, Chuckie has remixed tracks by the likes of David Guetta. And af­ter re­ceiv­ing sup­port from Pete Tong and the Swedish House Mafia, his song Let The Bass Kick was one of the huge an­thems of last sum­mer. Al­ready this year the DJ has landed a mul­ti­al­bum artist deal with megas­tars like P Diddy and Toni Brax­ton. As­sis­tant fes­ti­val di­rec­tor Rachel San­di­son said: “We’re de­lighted to an­nounce DJ Chuckie will be head­lin­ing the Dig­i­tal Love stage on Sun­day. “With Chuckie the fes­ti­val con­tin­ues to grow and de­velop so that there is some­thing for ev­ery­one.”
