So, times change and I ap­plaud John Lewis (and the pro­gres­sive pri­mary school) for pass­ing on the mes­sage that kids should be kids, and clothes should just be clothes, outwith the con­fines of gen­der stereo­typ­ing… or tight trousers!

class act: Girls and boys should be free of the con­fines of gen­der re­stric­tions over cloth­ing.
