sar­to­ria-restau­ Late last year, Francesco Mazzei moved from L’An­ima to Sar­to­ria, bring­ing with him his de­li­cious pas­tachina, a south­ern Ital­ian lasagne (£14.50) made with lay­ers of spinach and ri­cotta, veal and beef mince, quail’s eggs and net­tle pasta. The restau­rant’s re­cent re­furb is a de­light, with lots of cop­per-coloured de­tails.
