Colour not an issue in cosy homes

I’M sorry to hear the residents of Sandeman Street are unhappy about the colour of their homes.

But does it really matter? You will have cosy homes and a possible reduction in your heating bills.

We at Fleming Trust homes would love to have ours done.

We’ve been told we won’t get cladding until 2019.

I AM sure I am not alone in agreeing with Get used to it and their view on the complaints about the council’s choice of outdoor paint.

There is even a petition on the go to get the council to repaint! Personally, I think the colour looks quite tasteful (was it orange and another colour they wanted?).

It might be different if it was the interior of the houses had been repainted a colour they didn’t like.

With the cutbacks the council is having to make, repainting would be a disgraceful waste of taxpayers’ money.

Don’t waste precious money.
